Thuli initially trained in Marketing Management, Research and Communication, eventually finding her true passion in Training and Development. In this she specialises in quality assuring education and training programmes, as well as assessing and moderating training interventions. She also works as a facilitator and training project manager on occasion
She is a qualified Skills Development Facilitator, Policy Writer, Moderator and Assessor, registered with the ETDP SETA (Education, Training and Development Practices Sector for Education and Training Authority)
